At Meadowhill Dogs Day Care you can be assured of excellent care for your dog at surprisingly affordable prices – from some of the most dedicated people in the field.
Gary established Meadowhill in 1998. He has devoted his life to companion animals; working in his own vet practice and lecturing in animal care. He now dedicates his time to caring for the animals here at Meadowhill.
Dave has a strong affinity with animals. After many years of living at Meadowhill and managing our busy boarding cattery, he is now our out of hours supervisor.
Katharine has many years of experience in a variety of different animal boarding centres. Where while working at one, she found her best friend Patchy the Mastiff puppy to rehome. She has a clear natural ability with animals, quickly building a bond and helping them to settle in.
Always going above all expectations, she will do all she can to ensure our animals and their parents are happy.
As a devoted pet owner to Jasper the cat, two happy Spaniels Sika & Titch and Frankie the French Bulldog, as well as a bunch of rescued chickens… Wayne loves his time spent around animals.
Developing a fantastic understanding of cats & dogs over the years working with them – he continues to increase his knowledge here at Meadowhill. Completing many hours of learning and attending seminars covering subjects including feline & canine health, nutrition, evolution and companion animal history. He is now undertaking a Diploma in Canine Behaviour & Training. Wayne also holds an up to date canine first aid certificate.
Extremely hard working, meticulous and motivated – we couldn’t manage without him!
Paul has an HND in Animal Care Management, a Diploma in dog grooming and cares passionately about animals. He has extensive experience, having worked as a boarding cattery, dog day care centre and grooming salon manager and with an SSPCA welfare centre.
He has a particular interest in the behaviour and psychology of cats and dogs, as well as nutrition, so please feel free to ask him for advice.
Lexi is our receptionist. Occasionally found venturing out into the Day Care now and then, just to see how things are going, she is most comfortable on reception duty.
Always here to greet anyone when they pop in, with a smile… and a waggy tail!
